This slightly oversized jacket can be paired with dresses, skirts or slacks.  It features dolman sleves.  The slacks are full at the hips and feature side pockets and elastic waist band. Slacks are tapered toward the ankles.  Very forgiving and comfortable.  Can be made in any woven fabric.
